1. Who we are
Queuebird is operated by Ernestas Zabarauskas, an independent software developer registered for individual activity in Lithuania ("we", "us"). Queuebird is a Slack application that turns pasted GitHub pull-request links into a self-maintaining review queue. Queuebird is an independent product — it is not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Slack Technologies, LLC, Salesforce, Inc., or GitHub, Inc.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Queuebird only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure. When you connect Slack and GitHub to Queuebird, you are responsible for complying with their own terms of service.
3. Your content
You and your workspace own everything Queuebird handles for you — the PR links you paste, the metadata derived from them, and the pull-request metadata Queuebird retrieves from your connected GitHub organization on your workspace's instructions. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive license needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the service, and to use it in de-identified, aggregated form (queue statistics, feature-usage counts) to improve Queuebird. The license ends when your data is deleted; de-identified aggregates, which no longer identify you or your workspace, may be retained.
4. Payments & Merchant of Record
For any future paid plans, Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the checkout, billing, and applicable taxes. No paid plans are available in this pre-launch phase.
5. Subscription terms
When paid plans launch, Team plans will be sized by linked-user bands, billed monthly or annually at the prices shown at checkout. Moving up a band takes effect immediately and is prorated; moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Queuebird is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the billing period in which the claim arose — one month's fee on a monthly plan, one year's fee on an annual plan. Your sole remedy is a refund of that amount, and we may end the subscription when we issue it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or missed deadlines. If this limitation is not acceptable to you, do not use Queuebird.
7. Suspension & termination
You can stop using Queuebird at any time by uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace; paid subscriptions end per the Subscription terms above. We may suspend or terminate a workspace's access if it materially breaches these terms (including the Acceptable use section), giving notice where practicable. We may also modify or discontinue Queuebird (in whole or in part) with reasonable advance notice; if the service is discontinued, any prepaid, unused subscription time will be refunded pro-rata. After uninstall, termination, or discontinuation, workspace data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
