Founding mode

Founding mode is on. While it lasts, trials don't expire — the full product stays free, no card. Every workspace gets 30 days' notice before billing starts, and founding teams keep the founding rate ($3 / dev / mo or $30 / dev / yr) for their whole first term, covering every dev they link along the way.
Documentation joined the site navigation — getting started, every /qb command, the team and personal guides, troubleshooting.

2026-08-02

Claims stay honest. A quiet “still on it?” check-in partway through the SLA window; claims nobody confirms for 8 business hours release automatically; maintainers can 🔓 release a stale claim from the card; a breached PR that loses its last reviewer restarts its escalation ladder.
📜 Durable history. A PR's timeline now keeps everything: parks and restores, urgency changes, every review cycle, escalation restarts — nothing disappears when the ladder resets.
🚀 Shipped this week in the weekly channel recap — the week's merged PRs with authors and reviewers named.
Surface health: Queuebird notices a dead channel or a broken GitHub connection, goes quiet instead of failing loudly, tells the right people, and heals itself when things come back.

Live reactions on the pasted PR message: 👀 while someone's reviewing, ✅ approved, ❌ changes requested, 💬 discussion — and a 🎉 when it merges. The channel sees status without opening anything.
Re-requests come back to you. When someone re-requests your review on GitHub, the PR returns to your NEEDS YOU with full buttons.
Auto-tracking: paste a PR that isn't yours and it lands in your TRACKING, so you hear when it merges.
One ⋯ Actions menu per card (snooze, park, urgent), /qb add confirming every outcome where you typed it, and dismissed reviews dropping their ✅/❌ everywhere — badges stay truthful.

Route PR links from a busy intake channel to the right team's queue automatically (team-tag / owned-repo / single-queue), with a disambiguation prompt when it's ambiguous.
Directed asks (👤) — the specific people a PR is waiting on are surfaced and gently DM'd.
‼️ urgent priority with a shorter SLA window.
Per-person notification settings (⚙️ Settings) — quiet hours, digest on/off, breach/asked DMs, urgent-outside-hours.
/qb add (track + ask in one command) and /qb backfill (adopt historical links).
